Renting any of our facilities gives you exclusive use and enjoyment of the premises stated.

The  “Domaine” extensive facilities can accommodate groups from 5 to 100 guests in a variety of ways whether indoors or outdoors. Choose one of the location offered or combine a few. Your guests are welcome throughout the entire Estate.

BOARDROOM: Great for business meeting, 5 to 10 guests.

WINE LIBRARY: Formal or informal elegant setting, 10 to 25 guests.
$75.00/hr

BARREL ROOM: Secluded area where magic happens, 20 to 30 guests.
$100.00/hr

DECK PATIO: This outdoor wooden is open air or covered, for up to 32 guests.
$100.00/hr

GARDEN PATIO: Garden area is ideal for cocktail, up to 100 guests.
$100.00/hr

OUTDOOR TENT: Perfect setting for larger group.                                       
$100.00/hr

***Once you choose your specific facility there will be no additional charge should you choose another facility for your guests like cocktail service, leisure in the beautiful theme gardens, tent, patios and deck… enjoy everywhere provided that the facilities are not reserved by other guests.***

FOOD: Choose from our winery seasonal choice (assorted wraps, cheese plates and dessert) for group up to 20 guests or choose from our “NICHE” caterer partner offerings, with a very extensive menu and also a choice of 6 different backyard barbecues for 10 guests or more. “Niche Catering” offer complete settings and service that will make it easy for you.

Whatever option you choose, Stoney Ridge will provide an on site Consultant ($25.00/hr) for complete supervision and service to satisfy all your needs and make your journey memorable.

Choose from our selection of Wines by the glass ($5.00  each) or by the bottle at retail price plus a small fixed cork fee for bottled wine service.

Also available FOR FREE for your guests.

- COCKTAILS IN THE GARDENS
- PRIVATE WINERY AND GARDEN TOURS with 2  wine tastings directly from the barrels in the Barrel Room ($10.00 per person).

•  Wines and other beverages to be supplied only by Stoney Ridge.
• No other alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises.
• Set up includes linens, tableware, glassware, silverware etc… provided by Stoney Ridge for up o 25 guests. No charge.
• Complete set up services also available through Niche Catering for group of 10 and more, when using their services. Arrangements can be made with “Niche” when choosing your menu. A charge will apply.
• No overtime will be charged, should your guests enjoy the facilities for a little longer.
• Clean up service is included.
• No open flame is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• All signs, exhibits, displays, decorations and equipment must be approved by winery management.
• A non-refundable deposit may apply upon reservation. Balance due on the day of the event. Signing person for this event will be fully responsible for breakage of any sort and payment in full.
• We reserve the right to request a refundable damage deposit.
