Grapes were harvested at 2 am at -12 degrees Celsius and pressed very slowly at -14 degrees Celsius on January 20, 2008.

This produced a concentrated, aromatic, amber liquid with over 42 Brix. This juice yielded a rich liquid with flavours of ripe pear, apricot and a distinct hint of spiciness on both the nose and palate. A crisp, balancing acidity, along with the flavours present, make this wine a treat for the senses.

Serve with foie gras, aged cheeses, and either fresh fruit or fruit compote.
