Creamy vanilla and marshmallow notes, combined with orange blossom, citrus and spicy flavours. A beautiful partner for delicate fish and poultry.



Varietal BreakdownSR-white-web-desc

Pinot Gris – 52%: from the Mitchell Farm on Jordan Road harvested on Oct 22, 2013 at 19.9 Brix. Fermented and aged sur lie for 12 months

Chardonnay – 34%: from the Cuesta Vineyard on the 20 mile bench, harvested on Oct 14 , 2013 at 21.5 Brix. Then fermented in new French and American barrels for 4 weeks and aged on lees for a further 7 months

Viognier – 7%: from Niagara on the Lake, 20.2 Brix was fermented in stainless steel tank and then aged in neutral 500L oak barriques sur lie for an additional 4 months.

Muscat – 7%: from Butlers Grant Vineyard, 18.7 Brix on the 20 Mile Bench. The grapes were left to ferment whole berry with only natural yeasts used to create an intensely aromatic blender.
