Rates are based on the volumetric weight (Dimensions
and package weight) and the shipping distance.
The shipping distance is based on three zones
covering all of Ontario. The breakdown of
each zone is as follows:
Zone 1 GTA and Central Ontario:
Includes areas such as Welland, Niagara Falls,
St.Catharines, Hamilton, Guelph, Oshawa, Barrie,
Etc.
Zone 2 South East and Southwest
Ontario: Includes the areas of Ottawa, Owen
Sound Kitchener, London, and Windsor.
Zone 3 Northern Ontario: including
Parry Sound, Huntsville, Muskokas, Timmins,
Thunder Bay, Kenora and area

Delivery
Schedules:
Delivery is available Monday through Friday
at your home office or other convenient location
anywhere in Ontario.
Based on your delivery location (Zone 1,2
or 3) delivery time will vary:
Zone 1: 1 Business day
Zone 2: 2 Business days
Zone 3: 3 Business days
Delivery is available through 3 options.
Day Shipping: Monday through Friday 9:00am
to 5:00pm
Evening Shipping Monday through Friday 6:00pm
to 9:00pm
Pick up at the winery – No shipping,
handling charges apply.
If your package is delivered and no one is
available to sign for it, it will be sent
to your nearest Canada Post location and will
be held for pickup.
Regulations
A
person of 19 years or older must be available
to sign for your wine order, otherwise it
will be sent to your nearest Canada Post location,
to await pick up. |
