HOW WILL MY WINE BE DELIVERED?
We deliver all wines via Canada Post OR FedEx priority mail.
WHAT ARE THE REGULATIONS WITH DELIVERING ALCOHOL?
Government regulations require that individuals receiving wine orders are 19 years of age or older. Delivery agents are obligated to ask for proof of age and a signature is required to receive your wine. Due to signature requirement, government regulations will not allow delivery of wine to PO box addresses.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT HOME TO RECEIVE AND SIGN FOR MY SHIPMENT?
If you are not available to receive your order when it arrives at your delivery address, your wine will be redirected to the nearest Canada Post OR FedEx location. Additionally, a card will be left in your mailbox informing you that a delivery attempt was made, and it will include the address of the Canada Post or FedEx depot where your goods may be obtained. Again, a signature will be required along with proof of legal drinking age if requested. Canada Post and FedEx will hold your order for up to 5 business days.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a Canada Post or FedEx tracking number to the email address provided on your order. You may track its status by logging this number into the website link provided with your tracking number. HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our warehouse processes all orders on Mondays – Fridays (our warehouse is typically closed on weekends and holidays). Orders will be processed within 4-6 days (excluding weekends) after your order is placed.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER IF I NEED TO?
If you would like to cancel an order, please phone 905-562-1324 Ex 101 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Please note that while we will do everything we can to accommodate your request, our order fulfillment and delivery processes are designed to get your orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we may not be able change or cancel your order once it has entered the delivery process.
RECEIPT OF DAMAGED GOODS
Please note that Canada Post only offers ground shipping in Canada resulting in a 4 – 7 day delivery time to most addresses. Given potential extreme temperatures in a Canadian winter and transit time, there is a possibility that wine in transit could freeze. This sipping option is the most cost effective, but if chosen, the winery cannot guarantee that extreme weather conditions won’t damage the product during shipping. While we can refund damaged product, we cannot guarantee we will have wine available as a replacement due to limited production.
